Just wanted to send along a testimonial after your great work with my son, William, at RIT. Thank you! My RIT Freshman son was faced with a problem: how do I get the contents of my dorm and myself off campus soon and quickly? The campus was almost empty, and the parents were a 16-hour drive away. I made a call to Jeff, owner of The UPS Store/Rochester College Storage, which I had read about in the RIT Parent Newsletter. Jeff answered my call after business hours, gave me his personal mobile phone number, and said he would have boxes/tape/materials to my son the next morning. The materials were there in the morning and the boxes picked up two days later to be put into storage as arranged. The day after, my son called again to see if they could pick up one last thing: a dorm refrigerator that he had forgotten to give them. The employee he called answered the phone call even though it was his day off work, and referred my son to Jeff, who sent another mover to the dorm, just hours before my son left for the airport. Incredible, just-in-time service!! My son and I were especially thankful for the positive, friendly, and helpful nature of all of our interactions with Jeff and his crew. My son said that every crew member was very friendly and patient with him during his first ever move-out. A great business! .
