We provide free curbside pickup* and delivery* to your on-campus or off-campus location, along with complimentary boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and labels included in the storage cost. Simply create a reservation online. No credit card is required to reserve your space – we’ll collect payment details when we drop off your packing supplies (approximately 1 week before moveout). You’ll be able to specify your preferred pickup date and location when you make your reservation. Approximately 1 week before your scheduled move out, we will deliver supplies, if needed, to you. Once we pick up your items, we’ll store them in our secure facility. With our unique service, we provide you with packing supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and labels. About a week before your move-out date, we deliver these items to you on campus. We then pick up on campus, either outside your dormitory or inside your dorm room. We transport your items to our secure storage facility and store them until your return. At the end of the storage term, we deliver your items back to you on the date and time you requested as per your move-in reservation. 

Yes, you can pack your items in sturdy new/nearly new boxes, suitcases, plastic bins and totes, storage trunks, duffel bags, plastic drawer sets, laundry baskets, etc. You can use whatever you prefer provided it is in good usable condition, taped securely closed, and labeled on three sides. We do not recommend packing fragile items in these types of containers. However, if you do so, make sure they are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected from the sides of the container. We do not cover any damage for items packaged in these types of containers.

Yes, we do. We offer storage for the fall term including winter break, spring term, and during the summer.
