1. Click on “Create Reservation”
2. Fill out the info

1. After creating your Move Out Reservation, you can schedule your move in.
2. Click “Login”
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the orange button “Schedule Your Move-In”.
4. Fill out the info and submit!
1. Click “Login”
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Update your reservation details.
4. Click Update Reservation.
(You are able to edit your reservation at no charge up to 36 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date. If you need to reschedule within 36 hours, you must call 585-427-8080 and a reschedule fee will be assessed.)
1. Click Login.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click on “Edit Your Reservation”.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Reservation.
(Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days from the scheduled pick-up date. You are able to cancel your storage reservation by looking up your reservation using the email address you originally provided when you created the reservation. If you cancel a reservation after boxes and packing materials have been delivered, you will be charged $50 plus the retail rate for all materials delivered. The UPS Store reserves the right to charge a reschedule fee for pickup appointments missed without advance notice.)
