So due to Covid my son was not able to go back on campus to pack up his stuff from his second semester at RIT. I reached out to Jeff and his amazing company and it was a lifesaver for me since we live in the US Virgin Islands. Jeff packed up my sons remaining stuff and gave me the peace of mind that I needed knowing that neither of us could go back to Rochester to pack up his stuff at the end of the semester. Fast forward to the beginning of the next semester where my son tested positive for coronavirus and therefore had to stay home for his first semester of his sophomore year. Thank goodness that I knew his stuff was safe and that was one less thing for us to worry about. I will Recommend this company for as many years as my son is at RIT and for many years after.
