I can’t not say enough kind things about Jeff and his crew. In a desperate situation he communicated right away he could assist when we reached out for help. He packed my daughters dorm room at RIT during the pandemic because we couldn’t go back to NY after the holidays due to shut downs. He stored it for six months. Nothing was broken, wrapped it all very well and personally returned it all back to her new apt this fall. Can’t ask for anything more when it comes to customer service. Would use this company again, hoping not for another pandemic.
