I’m using the Rochester College Storage because I’m an international student, and it’s impossible as well as inconvenient for me to bring all things back to home. Thus it’s beneficial for me to store the stuff that I will not be using at home here during the summer vacation. I find Rochester College Storage a reliable service because none of my stuff get lost or messy, and I’ll highly recommend it to any international students as me!

Just wanted to send along a testimonial after your great work with my son, William, at RIT. Thank you! My RIT Freshman son was faced with a problem: how do I get the contents of my dorm and myself off campus soon and quickly? The campus was almost empty, and the parents were a 16-hour drive away. I made a call to Jeff, owner of The UPS Store/Rochester College Storage, which I had read about in the RIT Parent Newsletter. Jeff answered my call after business hours, gave me his personal mobile phone number, and said he would have boxes/tape/materials to my son the next morning. The materials were there in the morning and the boxes picked up two days later to be put into storage as arranged. The day after, my son called again to see if they could pick up one last thing: a dorm refrigerator that he had forgotten to give them. The employee he called answered the phone call even though it was his day off work, and referred my son to Jeff, who sent another mover to the dorm, just hours before my son left for the airport. Incredible, just-in-time service!! My son and I were especially thankful for the positive, friendly, and helpful nature of all of our interactions with Jeff and his crew. My son said that every crew member was very friendly and patient with him during his first ever move-out. A great business! .

I’ve been storing my stuff with them the past two summers and have no complaints. Everyone here is very professional and Jeff makes sure the process goes smoothly. Getting boxes dropped off and picked up makes storing items for college over the summer super convenient.

Jeff and his team at Rochester College Storage made moving in and out of the dorm easy! They provided boxes and picked up everything in March when students were sent home. They then dropped it all off on time the day we scheduled. This made our lives much easier.

So due to Covid my son was not able to go back on campus to pack up his stuff from his second semester at RIT. I reached out to Jeff and his amazing company and it was a lifesaver for me since we live in the US Virgin Islands. Jeff packed up my sons remaining stuff and gave me the peace of mind that I needed knowing that neither of us could go back to Rochester to pack up his stuff at the end of the semester. Fast forward to the beginning of the next semester where my son tested positive for coronavirus and therefore had to stay home for his first semester of his sophomore year. Thank goodness that I knew his stuff was safe and that was one less thing for us to worry about. I will Recommend this company for as many years as my son is at RIT and for many years after. I had a wonderful experience with the UPS Store! All my items were picked up, stored, and delivered safely, with not as much as a scratch on any of the boxes or appliances. The UPS Store will continue to be my go-to for personal storage between semesters!

I was stuck in my home state due to COVID and was stressed about how I was going to pack or retrieve my items that were still in my dorm all the way in Rochester. Jeff, the owner, made it so easy for me. He and his crew came in to the dorm and packed up my things and sent them to storage all without me having to be there, and it was a weight lifted from my shoulders. They made it so easy during such a difficult time. And coming back to school, it was the quickest and most efficient move-in I could’ve anticipated. Nothing was damaged, and all of my artwork was safe. Thank you!!

Jeff is amazing at providing that personal touch needed when you are moving out or in your student. We have never had an issue with last minute scheduling as well as curb side deliveries with this UPS store. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a student in the Rochester that needs storage!

My daughter and I arranged for the UPS store to pack up her dorm @RIT and store her property at their location due to the pandemic. On move -in day they delivered t he boxes. The service was excellent. Packing was exceptional. Delivery to her dorm was timely and as promised. Cost was more than fair. Communication was extraordinary as we had to arrange everything from our home in California. Jeff and his team were in constant contact, easy to reach, and always available to answer questions or give progress reports. Jeff and his team took a fair amount of stress out of a very stressful period. Further, Jeff appeared to be fairly well connected with RIT to make the move go extremely smooth. I understand that this is a service they offer during most move outs and would highly recommend their services to anyone. The peace of mind that it would get done, get done right, get done inexpensively, and get done with open communication was invaluable

Jeff and his crew are wonderful! Very helpful with move-in and move-out storage over break. They even went above and beyond last spring when the University shut down and everyone had to store their stuff with little advance notice

This UPS store has been very flexible and on point for us. It can be overwhelming and stressful to pack a dorm room, but Jeff G and his team of professionals makes moving our college student manageable. No matter the weather they are punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. The price is also reasonable. We highly recommend them.

Hi Jeff, Just a quick note to say THANK YOU SO MUCH…. for everything! The box drop off 2 weeks ago was perfect and right in front of Will’s dorm, the boxes, preprinted labels and supplies were more than enough, the pickup yesterday was right on time, went great and Will said the guys were so nice and helpful… most of all, your communication and clear, repetitive, organized, and concise instructions through emails and giving your personal cell #, throughout the weeks and days as “move-out” approached, were amazing… everything went on schedule, as planned and promised, and SO SMOOTHLY…. far better than my best hopes! For Will finishing his freshman year, and finals week, then packing and storing all of his room contents, alone since we are home in Florida and didn’t help, you all were a tremendous blessing! He flew in late last night with just luggage… it was terrific and we know that his ‘move-in” when he returns to RIT in the Fall will be worry-free now. Thank you so much again. I couldn’t recommend you more highly. Addendum- The ‘move-in” process was just as efficient, friendly, easy and the guys texted and asked if Will wanted them to come a couple hours earlier- they were there in front of the dorm, which was awesome !! I can’t not say enough kind things about Jeff and his crew. In a desperate situation he communicated right away he could assist when we reached out for help. He packed my daughters dorm room at RIT during the pandemic because we couldn’t go back to NY after the holidays due to shut downs. He stored it for six months. Nothing was broken, wrapped it all very well and personally returned it all back to her new apt this fall. Can’t ask for anything more when it comes to customer service. Would use this company again, hoping not for another pandemic.

This is the best UPS store I know. Owner manager Jeff G. and his crew packaged and moved all my belongings to storage during the start of COVID pamdemic two years ago when I was stuck in CA and unable to manage the process in person. Our arrangements were all done via phone calls and their services, support and quality of work couldn’t be more fantastic at a time when there were little options in managing my belongs. When storing stuff from RIT for the summer, the site was easy to navigate to reserve and drop off of boxes and materials for packing were right on time as well as the reserved time for pick-up and return for new semester was exactly prompt.
